Please review the exact questions and declarations that must be completed for each runner before checkout.

  4. Mobile number
  5. Date of birth
  6. Gender and ethnicity
  7. Running club — optional
  8. Emergency contact name
  9. Emergency contact mobile number
  10. Do you have any accessibility requirements or adjustments we should be aware of?
  11. Health / fitness declaration — required: confirm that you are fit enough to participate and that you must not take part if illness, injury or another health issue makes it unsafe.
  12. Agreement to the Affordable Running Event Terms & Conditions — required checkbox.
  13. Accept that photos and videos will be taken on the day and may be reused for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please email info@affordablerunning.com.
  14. We follow UK Athletics guidelines. You must confirm that you are over the age of 15 on the day of the race. If you are not, your parent or guardian must consent to your participation and accompany you.

Agreement

Each runner must complete the questions and declarations for themselves. The required checkbox on the registration form records agreement to the Affordable Running Event Terms & Conditions for this entry.
